We don’t charge cancellation fees, but we do reserve the right to cancel an appointment due to any unforeseen circumstances. We will attempt to reschedule at the earliest date possible. 

• We will operate a drone for aerial photography or videography services, subject to compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions.
• Drone usage is permitted in areas that comply with zoning regulations and are not designated as no-fly zones or restricted airspace.
• We prioritize safety and will not operate the drone in adverse weather conditions that may pose a risk.
• The Client must provide accurate information regarding property location
• If drone usage is restricted, we will refund any payments already accepted

• We accept payment via PayPal or ‘on site’/ ‘in person’ methods such as Interac E-transfer to support@onestopmedia.ca or cash
• We reserve the right to cancel delivery of services if payment obligations have not been fulfilled by the Client

You agree to provide accurate property information and grant access for the photoshoot at the agreed-upon time. Properties are expected to be shot ‘as is’. 

The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, tidy, and ready for photography at the agreed time. Although we are happy to cooperate, we are not responsible for cleaning or staging of the property.

Content is delivered via either Text or Email within 24 hours of the initial photoshoot.

Within the message, clients will receive a link to where they can download all deliverables in high quality. 

All images and videos are the intellectual property of OneStop Media. We retain full copyright and ownership of all media created during the shoot.

The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images and videos for marketing and advertising purposes related to the sale or rental of the property.
